(Title Change HCR 23) Senator Ellis moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments?" YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendments, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 194(JUD) am H "An Act relating to penalties and civil damages for certain alcohol violations relating to minors and persons under 21 years of age and relating to expiration of identification cards issued to persons under 21 years of age." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
